Clients will be matched with a Life Coach (Case Manager) who will be trained as a resource expert proficient in navigating through the various components of the five (5) primary objectives of Fathers Who Care Society, Inc. Clients will be initially screened to determine their most immediate needs. Trainings, workshops, seminars and other resources will be made available to each client. Periodic evaluations will be conducted to assess the effectiveness of the various activities.

This introduction of lifeline coaches (mentors) and resource coaches (advocates) maximizes the affect for our clients.
